After finishing my sculpture of “Brian’s Dream” (The Surfer), the foundry’s owner who did the bronze work was so impressed that he suggested that I do a trilogy of sport boarders.

I liked the idea, so I decided on: a skate boarder that represented my brother-in-law “The Worm” and my nephew who loves the sport, also I have several friends that snowboard so picking this sport as the third sculpture was an easy one. I wanted to do a woman snowboarder because they are just as fearless in this sport as the men.
